Celia Evans is a Suffolk born, London based Make Up Artist. 
Originally a Beauty Therapist, Celia made the move to London, waited tables until she saved up enough money to attend a short course at London College of Fashion. From here she worked her way up from assisting MUA’s in the industry and to her now thriving career. 
Celia is best known for her ability to perfect the skin & for adding in an exclamation of fun somewhere! Celia’s regular clients include NET-A-PORTER, Adidas, ELLE UK, and the Telegraph Luxury.
